During lockdown, the Community Centre was offering free books, CDs, DVDs, puzzles and toys, which were left outside of the Centre for people to help themselves.  Whilst most people welcomed this useful resource, one man decided it would be fun to set fire to the books outside of the Centre.  The resulting damage from the fire has meant that it is going to take longer for the Centre to open again, as the fire damage has to be repaired before we can even think about getting measures set up for Covid-19.

With no income coming in since March, this has been incredibly challenging for the Charity and we have set up a Just Giving Crowdfunder page to raise some much needed funds to get us back on our feet.

The messages of support we have received so far have been amazing and have really cheered up the staff and volunteers, who were devastated by the fire.  If you would like to contribute to the fundraiser, the page can be found at  The Priorswood Post Office is also still taking 5p donations and we can take donations by cheque made payable to "North Taunton Partnership" which can be posted to the Community Centre address.  We are able to add these offline donations to the fund so it will all count.  Your help will be very much appreciated by everyone at the Community Centre.

Thank you.
